All who follow Christ are “servants.” Jesus said, “the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve”. We believe that in order to follow God we must also serve others. This portion of our Website is dedicated to keeping you informed of ways that you can serve in our church, community, and the world. Please take some time to review the different service opportunities that are available.

As an individual and local congregation we value partnership with the corporate and global Church to make disciples of all nations. This is hard work that involves sharing the gospel (the good news of Jesus), as well as sharing all parts of our lives (like food and shelter). This kind of thing is best done as a team. Here is a list of our ministry partners with brief descriptions of each:
A family of churches and missionaries to which we belong. Through the Malachi Network, we are connected in a familial way to many other missionaries and churches throughout the world.
MetroKids Konnection is a ministry that supports the families of the Cleveland Arms Apartment complex right here in Jacksonville. It is led by Pastor Terry and Kathy Lane.
Foundation Stone is a Ministry that has a presence in three countries. OCF members Tim and Kathy MacLean, head this ministry up which includes orphanages in Kenya and India. We take many short term missionary groups to visit and work in the orphanage in Kenya.
JAXHOP is a local House of Prayer located in downtown Jacksonville. We support JAXHOP in it’s mission to be a location where believers from churches throughout Northeast Florida across come together in prayer and worship before God. Many of our members spend time praying at JAXHOP as well as leading music during the worship times.
First Coast Women’s Services is a pregnancy care center that operates under the guidelines of Care Net International which provides compassionate hope and help to women and men who are facing fear and indecision in a time of real crisis.
